Silvercity Hash Club
Based in Ipoh, Perak — the Silver City — we're a community hash club bringing together runners, walkers and friends from all walks of life.
Hashing began as a simple idea: lay a trail, follow it together, and finish with fellowship. Silvercity Hash Club carries that tradition through the limestone hills, plantations and heritage lanes of Perak. Whether you run the trail hard or stroll it with friends, you're part of the pack.
We welcome hashers of all ages and abilities — seasoned harriers, casual walkers, families and first-timers ("virgins", in hash tradition). No membership trial, no pace requirements. Just turn up with shoes that don't mind mud.

First Time?
Just turn up! Tell any committee member you're new ("virgin", in hash tradition) — the pack will look after you, and the circle will make sure you're properly welcomed.
State & Interstate Runs
We travel to hash events across Malaysia and host our own — including the MHF 13th Perak State Run 2027 in Gopeng.
Hasher's Kit List
- Trail or running shoes — ones that don't mind mud, rivers or the occasional thorn
- Change of clothes — you will want it after the trail (trust us)
- Water — carry some on trail; more waits at the circle
- Torch / headlamp — if the run starts late or the trail is long
- Run fee — small change covers refreshments at the circle
- Good humour — mandatory. The circle forgives slow legs, never a sour face

MHF 13th Perak State Run 2027
Hashers from across Perak and beyond gather in Gopeng for a weekend of trail, tradition and fellowship — hosted by Silvercity Hash Club and endorsed by the Malaysian Hash Federation.
Three Simple Steps
Complete the registration form — as an individual, or as a club representative signing up your whole pack.
Pay the total fee to the Public Bank account below. Use your name (or club name) as the payment reference.
Attach your payment receipt to the form. The committee will verify it and confirm your registration.

The Weekend
Gopeng's rivers, limestone hills and rainforest trails make it one of Perak's finest hashing grounds. Expect a proper trail on Saturday, a gentler option for walkers, and a circle to remember. Full itinerary coming soon.

Payment Instructions
1. Transfer the total fee to the account above (online transfer or ATM). 2. Use your participant name or club name as the payment reference. 3. Save your payment receipt or screenshot. 4. Complete the registration form and upload your payment proof.
For club registrations, one combined payment for all participants is accepted — upload the receipt for the total amount.
Your registration is only confirmed after the committee verifies your payment. Until then it will show as Pending Payment Verification.
What Participants Receive
- Registration is confirmed only after payment verification by the organising committee.
- Fees are non-refundable but may be transferable to another participant with committee approval.
- Participants take part at their own risk and must follow marshals' instructions on trail.
- T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations received before the deadline, subject to availability after.
- Participant information is collected only for event administration, emergency contact, payment verification and communication by the organising committee.
- Full terms & conditions will be finalised and published by the organising committee before the event.
